The new MyRegalV3 customer account access dashboard has all the functions and speed customers want to make their jobs easier and supply chains more effective. With Regal YMS, critical information is available ahead of time to provide real time answers the most frequently asked questions, “Is the container carrying my goods available?” and “Has it been picked up?” It acts as a location finder for trailers transporting product, and coordinates incoming product between Regal’s warehouses and dock doors, showing true visibility of the container once it arrives at the port. Regal YMS answers key questions—in real time and rich detail—by providing immediate status visibility of ocean containers or air freight from order receipt to delivery in our secured yard and every critical step in between. Showing intransit specifics, YMS tells customers:
